About Allamanda

All homes will be air-conditioned throughout, feature WiFi access, be wired for both 110/220 volts, have bi-fold doors in the living rooms to create an inside/outside living experience, solar panel water heating, underground water reserve tanks and rain water tanks for irrigation. Each building will have stand-by generators to support essential services.

The fully fitted kitchens will be supplied by our Italian designers Astercucine. The kitchens will feature Corian work surfaces, sinks x 1.5 bowl, halogen hobs, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The laundry room will be fitted with a washing machine and separate dryer.

Each bathroom will have the luxurious finish of Italian marble with chromed brass fittings. Master bathrooms will feature double vanity sinks, walk-in shower and a separate bath. Recessed halogen lighting on dimmer switches will set the mood.

Construction commenced in July 2008 and Phase One is scheduled for completion in August 2010.
