November 21st 2009 - Allamanda wins Charity Golf Tournament
 Allamanda, one of the few property developments continuing to support community projects in St. Lucia, wins the annual Rotary Club of Gros Islet Charity Golf Tournament with a score of ten under par.
The Tournament, now in its seventeenth year, offers local businesses the opportunity to sponsor a team, and has raised well over $1,000,000 since inception.

November 10th 2009 - Progress Report & Images
October and November normally spell the rainy season in St. Lucia but this year we have experienced extremely dry weather. As a result works have progressed well and are now slightly ahead of schedule.
Saltwhistle
The ring beam at roof level was cast last week and work will commence fixing the rafters to the main roof early next week. Internally, plastering and first fix plumbing, IT, and electrics are 60% complete and work is well underway fixing ceilings in the 2-bedroomed apartment. Externally, the walls to the plunge pools are being built and plastering is 50% complete.
Galet
The roof timbers will be completed on the main roofs by the end of this week and will start on the balcony roofs next week. Internally, plastering and first fix plumbing, IT, and electrics are 50% complete. Externally, the walls to the plunge pools are being built and plastering is 30% complete.
Freemans
The ring beam at roof level will be cast early next week and the timber to the main roof will begin the following week. Internally, plastering and first fix plumbing, IT, and electrics are 50% complete. Externally, the walls to the plunge pools are being built and plastering is 20% complete.
General Update
It is anticipated that the roofs will be complete before the Christmas break. The windows and external doors will arrive on island at the end of November and installation will commence in the New Year. Orders have been placed for the kitchens, bathrooms and elevators and delivery is scheduled for February/ March 2010.
External Works
The construction of the swimming pool will commence early February. The landscaping design has been completed and work will commence in Spring 2010. Orders have been placed for the irrigation and water treatment plant and installation will begin early Febrauary. Mains electicity to the site and the installation of the transformer will begin in December 09
Programmed completion of the buildings is May 2010.
